At VRR Software Solutions, we believe you should be fully satisfied before purchasing. QuikSearch is offered with a fully functional Free Trial that allows you to experience all features, shortcuts, utilities, and performance metrics on your Windows 10 or Windows 11 device without upfront cost.

We strongly encourage you to download, install, and evaluate the application thoroughly during the free trial period prior to purchasing a paid license key.

2. General Refund Terms for Software Licenses

Because QuikSearch is a digital software product where license keys and digital assets are generated and delivered immediately upon payment completion:

• All one-time license purchases processed via our website payment gateways (Razorpay, Gumroad) or third-party stores are generally non-refundable once the license key or software activation has been delivered.
• Because our free trial allows full pre-purchase evaluation, refunds are not offered for change of mind or personal preference after purchase.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will gladly issue a full (100%) refund under the following valid circumstances:

1. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions: If you were inadvertently billed multiple times for a single order due to a payment gateway timeout or error, the duplicate charge(s) will be refunded in full.
2. Unresolvable Technical Incompatibility: If QuikSearch fails to launch or encounters critical functional errors on a supported operating system (Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11), and:

• You report the issue within 7 days of purchase, and
• Our technical support team is unable to provide a working solution or bug fix within 3 business days.

1. License Key Delivery Failure: If your payment was deducted but no license key or download access was generated, and our support team cannot manually deliver it within 24 hours of notification.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Due to the instantaneous nature of digital goods delivery, orders cannot be cancelled once payment processing is completed and license credentials are issued.
• If you notice an error in your order immediately upon checkout, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Review: All refund requests will be reviewed and acknowledged by our team within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Payout: Once approved, the refund is initiated directly through the original payment processor (Razorpay or Gumroad). The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
