Terms of Service for ArrowPuzzle

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ArrowPuzzle application operated by VRR Software Solutions.

1. Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing ArrowPuzzle (including any Pre-Release, Closed Testing, Open Beta, or production versions), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.

2. Beta & Pre-Release Testing Terms

If you are participating in a Beta release, Closed Test, or Early Access track:

Evaluation Purpose: The Beta release is provided strictly for evaluation, testing, difficulty tuning, and player feedback. The game is in active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, difficulty adjustments, or temporary performance variations.
Progress & Schema Updates: We reserve the right to reset, restructure, or update puzzle levels, game schemas, star counts, or local database layouts during or upon graduation of any testing phase without prior notice.
Feedback License: Any bug reports, reviews, feature suggestions, or level design feedback you submit become the sole property of VRR Software Solutions. You grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual license to implement and use such feedback without obligation or compensation.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VRR Software Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and play ArrowPuzzle for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible Android devices.

You agree that you will not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the application.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any part of the game.
Use bots, automated macros, memory editors, or cheats to manipulate puzzle states, star counts, or local database entries.
Distribute, lease, rent, sublicense, or sell the game or any associated assets.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with any digital rights management or security measures.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All titles, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the application (including but not limited to source code, logic algorithms, artwork, vector graphics, arrow assets, sound effects, animations, themes, and branding) belong exclusively to VRR Software Solutions and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

5. In-Game Progression & Virtual Items

Stars, hints, unlocked levels, streaks, and in-game progression are virtual representations solely for gameplay entertainment.
Virtual items and achievements possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for real currency or physical goods.
VRR Software Solutions reserves the right to manage, rebalance, adjust, or reset virtual progression parameters as gameplay tuning requires.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ArrowPuzzle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VRR Software Solutions, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of game data, device malfunction, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
