VRR Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ArrowPuzzle application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our services.

1. Overview & Privacy Philosophy

VRR Software Solutions is dedicated to protecting player privacy. ArrowPuzzle is engineered from the ground up as a soothing, offline-first, logic maze puzzle game.

Core Privacy Guarantees

  • No Accounts or Sign-In: We do not require account creation, social logins, or registrations.
  • No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, device IMEI, or physical location.
  • 100% Local-First Storage: All game progression, star ratings, puzzle completion records, and user preferences are stored strictly on your local device.
  • No Third-Party Ad Trackers: The current beta release contains zero behavioral tracking networks, user profiling SDKs, or data brokers.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing ArrowPuzzle (including any Pre-Release, Closed Beta, or Open Testing tracks), you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect and Process

A. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • No Identity or Contact Information: We do not ask for, gather, or store personal identifiers (names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or passwords).
  • No Financial / Payment Data: We do not collect credit cards, debit cards, or banking information.
  • No Sensor or Sensitive Data: We do not access your device microphone, camera, contacts, media library, biometric sensors, or location data.
  • No Cross-App Tracking: We do not track your activity across other apps or third-party web domains.

B. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

ArrowPuzzle creates and updates an isolated local SQLite database and local preferences cache directly on your mobile device:

  • Levels unlocked, current puzzle grid state, and completion timestamps.
  • Star ratings earned per level and high-score statistics.
  • Audio and feedback settings (Sound Effects on/off, Ambient Music on/off, Haptic Vibration on/off).
  • Interface settings (Theme preference: Light Mode / Midnight Dark Mode / System Default).

*This data resides exclusively in your device application sandbox and never transmits to external servers.*

C. Technical & Diagnostic Information (Google Play Beta Releases)

When downloading or testing ArrowPuzzle through the Google Play Store (e.g., Closed Testing, Open Beta, or Internal Testing tracks):

  • Google Play Console provides standard, aggregated, and anonymized diagnostic data (such as app crash traces, ANR reports, device model, and OS version).
  • This diagnostic data is provided solely by Google in non-personally identifiable form to help our development team resolve rendering bottlenecks, eliminate crashes, and optimize GPU frame rates.

3. Device Permissions Used

ArrowPuzzle requests only the minimal Android operating system permissions necessary to deliver its core puzzle mechanics:

  • android.permission.VIBRATE: Drives subtle tactile haptic pulses when arrows glide, slide, or collide. Can be disabled at any time in the in-game Settings.
  • android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Delivers optional puzzle reminders to keep daily streaks active. Optional and can be allowed or blocked via Android system notification settings.
  • android.permission.INTERNET: Allows opening external links (e.g., contacting developer support or viewing legal policies) and Google Play licensing checks. 100% offline gameplay is fully supported.

4. Third-Party Services & Runtime Libraries

ArrowPuzzle is built using trusted open-source and platform libraries:

  • Google Play Services: Used for app delivery, beta track distribution, and platform crash diagnostics in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
  • React Native & Expo Engine: Modern mobile execution framework powering the game application.
  • Shopify React Native Skia: High-performance 2D GPU rendering engine running locally on your device hardware.

We do not integrate third-party ad networks, telemetry trackers, or profiling SDKs in this release.

5. Children's Privacy

ArrowPuzzle is designed to be safe, mindful, and family-friendly for players of all ages (PEGI 3 / ESRB Everyone):

  • We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K, and international privacy standards.
  • We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
  • Because no personal information is collected from any player, child data is never gathered, stored, or distributed.

6. Data Control & Deletion

Because all game data resides strictly on your local device:

  • In-App Reset: You can permanently erase all unlocked levels, scores, and settings directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Game Data > Reset All Progress.
  • Complete Deletion: Uninstalling the ArrowPuzzle application or selecting "Clear Storage / Clear Data" via Android Settings immediately purges all local game database records from your device.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy as ArrowPuzzle evolves. Any changes will be published here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the game following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
